A Southern California native, Brandon graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2003. With a strong passion for fitness and helping people, he immediately dove into personal training. He became a certified personal trainer in 2004, and has been making his mark in the fitness industry ever since, training and managing at some of the most prominent gyms in the world. 

Specializing in injury-prevention, improved athletic performance, and nutrition science, he is committed to not only helping his clients reach their goals as safely and effectively as possible, but to educating them along the way so they sustain their new level of health and fitness.

In recent years, he has taken his expertise to film and television. As Fitness Director and Head Trainer of the Cinemax hit television series, Banshee, he was responsible for keeping the cast fit, confident, and camera-ready for their physically demanding roles for Seasons 2, 3, and 4.

Brandon currently lives with his wife and son in Laguna Niguel, California and is available for consultation, private personal training sessions (one-on-one or remote), and nutrition counseling. 




A native of Buffalo, NY, Nick moved to Charlotte, NC in 1997.  He graduated from UNCC with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. Nick has worked as a certified personal trainer since 2005 and trained at Charlotte Athletic Club from 2008-2015.

Nick also worked as the strength and conditioning coach for the Charlotte Hounds pro lacrosse team from 2013-2015, where he was responsible for designing and implementing workout programs to improve player performance and reduce injuries. 

In 2015, Nick began working as a trainer for the cast of the TV series, Banshee: Season 4.  This action-packed thriller allowed Nick to execute his unique training style to enhance the mental and physical performance of the actors, while helping them look damn good on camera.

Nick resides in Los Angeles, California and is available for consultation or private personal training sessions.
